JFCCT-NACC Seminar on the Exchanging of Information on Prevention and Suppression of Corruption on Friday, 30th August 2019
The Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) and the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) held an Exchanging of Information on Prevention and Suppression of Corruption seminar on Friday 30 August 2019, 08.30 – 12.00 hrs.
at The Emerald Hotel.
Pol.Gen.Watcharapol Prasarnrajkit, NACC President welcomed all participants and in response, Stanley Kang , JFCCT Chair thanked NACC President and colleagues for this annual event which is done under the MoU between NACC and JFCCT made five years ago. JFCCT welcomed this opportunity to engage on enhancing anti-bribery and anti-corruption measures for the private sector.
Key topics were the 2018 Organic Act on Anti-Corruption (noting in particular s. 176- see the presentation) and the importance of internal controls, for which the NACC has published Guidelines in four languages.
