“Sustainability Powered by AI"
There are several pressing issues facing the economy & society under the general umbrella and drivers of Sustainability, as broad as the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals themselves. While potential solutions are many and require organized
action, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a role in solutions and can play more. Beneficial applications of AI need to be considered as Tech for Good.
In this segment (about Sustainability) of the Conference, the most pressing areas of Sustainability needs are identified. Proposed are Food, Climate and Transport. Then existing and possible AI solutions are applied. How AI can be used as Techfor Good. Governance of AI and possible regulatory approaches to AI, are considered.
