"NET ZERO, WITH INTEGRITY"
The Thai Finnish Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) and the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) seminar "Net Zero, with integrity" The event is organized with a special engagement of the Finnish Embassy in Thailand.
The keynote address by Finland's Minister of Trade will cover Finland's commitment to net zero goals and international collaboration and observations for opportunities in Southeast Asia.
The moderated session has the following three opening presentations:
- Finance and Investment Expert: Presentation on the critical role of accurate data quantification for securing future green financing, climate measurement, and reporting; ideal if regionally or Thailand-based.
- Finnish Company Representative: A case study utilizing quantifiable data to achieve net zero emissions. Importance of commitment to carbon accounting and reporting integrity. (Valmet Co.)
- Thai Government: Overview of Thailand's initiatives and progress in greenhouse gas management and the importance of integrity in measurement and reporting.
The Discussion: A moderated exchange among three speakers will conclude the seminar.
