JFCCT x STEPS : ESG: Inclusiveness, Diversity, Skills, and Disability Employment for SMEs
On 3rd May 2024, The JFCCT Education and Skills Committee together with the JFCCT SME Committee organized the first joint event focusing on "ESG: Inclusiveness, Diversity, Skills, and Disability Employment for SMEs" at TK Hall, Sasin School of Management. The focus was on becoming a socially responsible organization.
Steps Community and the Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre (#NWRC) are delighted to share insights from the esteemed panelists, including CEO and Founder Max Simpson, Head of Inclusive Employment Pear Chainares, and Head of Education Yim Minchainant, as they address barriers to employing individuals with disabilities, explore relevant laws, delve into Thailand's current situation, and provide actionable strategies for fostering Neuroinclusion in schools and organizations so that disable people become productive and contribute to the countryโs development.

With over 40 participants in attendance, the event sparked strategic discussions on how to provide meaningful education, engage corporate partners in inclusive practices, and create employment opportunities through social businesses.
